As an adolescent behavioral health facility, we bear a powerful responsibility to ensure all patients receive a high level of care that will help them lead productive lives into adulthood. This means having the right training, tools, and techniques that will be effective for each patient.
A big part of treatment is the quality of care and safety that our patients rely on while in our programs. That’s why we pursued accreditation from Joint Commission International—and we’re pleased to share our Gold Seal of Approval® with you.
Joint Commission International (JCI) is a well-respected organization that provides accreditation and certification services for healthcare organizations worldwide. They set comprehensive quality standards with input from healthcare professionals, subject matter experts, consumers, and government agencies. They then evaluate healthcare programs based on these rigorous standards to ensure they meet criteria for safe, high-quality, and valuable patient care.
The path to accreditation can take years to achieve. JCI has evaluated our facility across more than 1,000 performance standards. Their goal is to improve healthcare outcomes globally by promoting education, best practices, and patient-centered care within organizations like ours.
Earning this nationally-recognized distinction means we’ve implemented patient-safe policies, practices, and procedures to deliver the highest quality of care and we embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
